Key Responsibilities: * Management of a high-volume portfolio of cases in the enforcement-of-judgment phase; * Analysis of calculations, expert reports, and asset freezes; drafting of procedural motions and appeals; * Analysis of judicial decisions and identification of strategies for satisfaction of claims; * Monitoring of procedural deadlines; * Strategic involvement to maximize results and reduce procedural risk; * Updating and maintaining internal systems and managerial reports.
