We specialize in digital solutions (web, mobile, BI, RPA, etc.), with offices in São Paulo, Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte, and the USA. **Opportunity Overview:** We are seeking a Tech Lead to lead the engineering team and the cryptocurrency, stablecoin, and digital asset trading platform. Currently, we operate on a third-party crypto infrastructure platform for custody, tokenization, and trading; however, our roadmap includes progressively internalizing these services by building our own infrastructure layer. You will be responsible for architectural decisions, technical mentoring of the team, code quality, and alignment between product and engineering, guiding the platform’s technical evolution during this strategic transition. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Lead the development team (Back End, Front End, QA) technically, ensuring high-quality deliveries on schedule; * Define and evolve platform architecture (Node.js, PostgreSQL, Vue.js), planning the progressive migration of third-party services to in-house solutions; * Conduct code reviews, define coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices; * Actively participate in technical refinement of user stories with the Product Manager; * Make architectural trade-off decisions regarding scalability, security, and performance; * Design the architecture of internal services for custody, settlement, and asset management to gradually replace the third-party platform; * Ensure platform observability with logging, monitoring, alerts, and distributed tracing; * Define CI/CD strategies, deployment automation, and environments (staging, production, sandbox); * Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with financial and crypto industry standards; * Mentor developers, promoting technical growth and a culture of excellence. **Required Skills:** * Experience as a full\-stack or back\-end developer, with prior technical leadership experience; * Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript in high-availability production environments; * Solid experience with PostgreSQL (data modeling, query optimization, partitioning, replication); * Experience with Vue.js or an equivalent SPA framework (React, Angular); * Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL; * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins); * Knowledge of security practices for financial applications (authentication, encryption, auditing); * Strong communication and leadership skills to align technical and business stakeholders. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with blockchain, Web3, smart contracts (Solidity/EVM), or digital asset platforms; * Knowledge of custody protocols (MPC \- Multi\-Party Computation, HSM, multisig) and tokenization; * Experience with institutional crypto infrastructure platforms (custody, trading, settlement); * Experience in fintech, exchanges, or regulated financial markets; * Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); * Experience with event\-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams); * Experience migrating third-party dependencies to in-house solutions (build vs buy); * Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes CKA, etc.). **What You’ll Find at GX2:** * Original content hub segmented by knowledge tracks (AI, QA, Agility, UX/UI Design, Product, Software Development); * Monthly talks focused on soft skills development; * Culture of care for people and mental health; * Mental health and well\-being platform; * GX2 Follow Up: Monthly individual check\-ins focused on well\-being and professional development. **A Message from GX2:** This position is open to all interested candidates.
