ServiceNow AI Specialist \| AI Engineer \| Predictive Intelligence \| Now Assist **Work Model:** Remote **Language Requirement:** Conversational/advanced English required About the Position We are looking for an **Artificial Intelligence Specialist applied to the ServiceNow platform**, combining strong technical expertise with strategic vision. This professional will be responsible for **designing, implementing, and evolving AI-based solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem**, leveraging native platform capabilities, integrating with external services, and applying best practices in architecture, security, and data governance. We seek someone who goes beyond technical configuration — someone who understands how AI can deliver **real business value**, transforming processes and enhancing user experience within the platform. Responsibilities Design and implement AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform Work with native capabilities such as: Predictive Intelligence Virtual Agent AI Search Performance Analytics with predictive insights Now Assist / Generative AI features Create and maintain integrations with external AI APIs (LLMs, cognitive services, etc.) Develop intelligent automations using Flow Designer, Script Includes, and REST integrations Participate in architectural decisions related to data, governance, and AI usage Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to identify AI application opportunities Ensure best practices in security, performance, and data governance Required Qualifications Solid experience developing on the ServiceNow platform Practical experience with AI capabilities within the platform Knowledge of: JavaScript (Server\-side and Client\-side on the platform) REST APIs External integrations Experience with generative AI models or Machine Learning Conversational/advanced English (for participation in technical meetings) Ability to design solutions and justify technical decisions Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) AI or Cloud Certifications: Azure AI Engineer AWS Machine Learning Google Learning Engineer Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) Experience with data architecture (Data Lake, ETL, governance) Knowledge of Python or another language for AI model experimentation
