This role is for you. We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to work on a large-scale digital product with high traffic volume, emphasizing performance and user experience. You will join an agile team characterized by autonomy, direct interaction with tech leads, and genuine opportunities to propose improvements to testing processes and architecture. * Design and implement automated testing strategies (API, web, and/or mobile). * Develop and maintain automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines. * Define test scenarios based on functional and technical requirements. * Monitor production quality by analyzing failures and root causes. * Collaborate with developers and product teams to prevent bugs—not just detect them. * Guide the team on QA best practices and automation. * Contribute to the continuous evolution of the quality assurance process. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience as a Senior QA Automation Engineer in agile teams. * Proficiency in at least one automation programming language (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python, or similar). * Hands-on experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, RestAssured, etc.). * Experience with API testing (REST/GraphQL) and tools such as Postman/Insomnia. * Integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). * Knowledge of QA best practices: test pyramid, TDD/BDD, functional and non-functional testing. * Availability to work full-time as a self-employed contractor (PJ). **Nice-to-Have:** * Experience in high-scale environments and microservices architectures. * Knowledge of performance and load testing (e.g., JMeter, k6, Gatling). * Prior experience in DevOps/SRE culture and observability practices. * Active participation in QA communities or tech talks.
