




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for receiving clients, managing phone calls, providing administrative and logistical support, and overseeing meeting and training rooms. Participation in quality training programs Receive clients; answer telephone calls, perform call screening and transfer calls according to department; act as receptionist during company events; request office consumables; provide support for immediate supervisor’s requests; assist other departments as needed; issue and manage access permissions to company areas; obtain quotations, book, and purchase air tickets and accommodations in accordance with the company’s travel policy when required; request management authorization for taxi service contracts; receive and dispatch mailbags, including sealing them; manage and request motorcycle courier services; control meeting and training rooms; participate in quality policy training programs; comply with the company’s quality policy; perform related duties.
