At **NEXO|Variettà**, we are seeking a well-rounded professional with strategic vision and a hands-on mindset to structure and manage our e-commerce and marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Magalu, Amazon, Shopee, etc.), as well as to develop the company’s entire digital marketing strategy. Your responsibilities * CREATE LISTINGS ON MARKETPLACES (VIDEO, PHOTOS, DESCRIPTION, ETC....) * Create and execute campaigns (when necessary and in accordance with the area manager). * Manage traffic, sales funnel, and marketplace reputation (maintain metrics aligned with and within set targets). * Define order processing, customer service, and after-sales processes (respond to customers via official communication channels). * Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. Who we’re looking for * Experience in e-commerce and marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu). * Knowledge of paid traffic management, SEO, and metric analysis. * Proactive, creative profile with strategic vision. * Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields (**preferred**).
