To be negotiated Full-time We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Developer to contribute to the design, development, and evolution of highly critical decentralized solutions. We are looking for a professional with solid production experience in EVM and Solidity, architectural vision, and technical decision-making capability, who actively contributes to security, performance, and scalability standards in distributed environments. **Responsibilities:** * Design and develop Smart Contracts in Solidity; * Participate in designing Web3 / dApp architectures based on EVM; * Implement integrations between traditional applications and blockchain networks; * Conduct technical audits and code reviews of smart contracts; * Define security, testing, and versioning standards for smart contracts; * Participate in architectural decisions and selection of frameworks and tools; * Mentor developers and promote best practices in blockchain development; * Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, and architecture teams. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid production experience with Blockchain; * Proficiency in EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine); * Advanced experience in Solidity and smart contract development; * Knowledge of standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155; * Experience with development and testing tools (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle or similar); * Experience with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js or similar); * Knowledge of smart contract security practices; * Experience with Git and agile methodologies. **Desirable Qualifications (Nice-to-have):** * Experience with other blockchain platforms such as Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Solana, Polygon, Avalanche or similar; * Knowledge of Node.js or Go (Golang) for backend integrations; * Experience with Layer 2, rollups, and bridges; * Experience with oracles and off-chain integrations; * Knowledge of applied cryptography and digital signatures; * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines; * Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure or GCP). **Desired Profile:** * Strong analytical ability and systemic thinking; * Attention to detail, especially regarding security and code auditing; * Good communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams; * Inquisitive mindset and continuous interest in technological innovation; If you seek to work on innovative projects with high technical complexity and direct impact on decentralized solutions, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree
