




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and formalizing training service provision contracts, ensuring compliance and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Training contract management and formalization 2. Training logistics organization and monitoring 3. Client and commercial department liaison * Receive, verify, and formalize training service provision contracts with clients and instructors; * Ensure all contracts are duly completed, signed, and filed according to internal standards; * Monitor contractual deadlines, validity periods, adjustments, and renewals; * Register contracts and trainings in the internal system, ensuring data accuracy; * Organize and monitor logistics for in-person, blended, and online (EAD) trainings; * Liaise with the commercial department to align scope, values, and timelines; * Monitor instructor allocation per executed contracts; * Maintain contact with clients to confirm contractual and operational information; * Support the dispatch and control of mandatory documentation (attendance lists, certificates, invoices, contracts, addenda); * Update spreadsheets and internal controls related to contracts and trainings; * Support management in resolving contractual or operational inconsistencies; * Ensure all processes comply with internal policies and quality standards.
