We are seeking a professional to support logistics operations, contributing to process organization, information control, and smooth order flow, receiving, and material warehousing.
Main Responsibilities
* Verify invoices and orders issued by the sales team, identifying and reporting potential information errors that may impact order flow;
* Participate in planning and operational alignment meetings;
* Handle material receiving, exchange, and return processes, recording and tracking incidents;
* Support product receiving by performing verification, organization, and loading;
* Manage procurement of supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other items necessary for smooth operations;
* Control inventory and distribution of PPE, ensuring data integrity and reliability;
* Assist in product storage and movement processes, correctly defining positions and origin locations;
* Perform other related duties as required by the department.
Requirements
* Completed high school education or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields;
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency;
* ERP system knowledge;
* Prior experience in this role.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Experience with WMS systems;
* Experience in logistics operations and warehousing.
