Team leadership, operations planning, and inventory control We are looking for a **Logistics Leader** to support the coordination of the department’s operational and strategic activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and goal achievement. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Supervise the logistics team, promoting integration, training, and continuous development; * Plan and monitor receiving, inspection, warehousing, picking, and shipping operations; * Ensure inventory control and accuracy by conducting periodic inventories and tracking performance indicators; * Guarantee adherence to deadlines and productivity targets, resolving issues and improving processes; * Interact with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations; * Implement and maintain safety, quality, and organization standards within the warehouse; * Support management in cost analysis and optimization of logistics resources. **Requirements and Competencies** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus); * Proven experience in logistics operations and team leadership; * Solid knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes; * Skills in people management, communication, and decision-making; * Familiarity with WMS, SAP, or other management software; * Organized, proactive, and results-oriented profile. **Desirable Differentiators** * Higher education degree in Logistics or Business Administration; * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing); * Experience with integrated management systems (SAP, WMS, TMS). **Compensation and Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Attendance bonus of R$ 120.00/month (VA/VR card); * Dining area equipped with microwaves; * Birthday day-off; * Special birthday bonus.
