Functions including receiving, storage, and expiry date control We are hiring a **Logistics Assistant – Inventory Specialist** with experience in pharmaceuticals to manage inventory control, organization, and movement, ensuring correct storage and preservation of products. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **2 years’ proven experience** in logistics; * **Mandatory experience with pharmaceuticals**; * Currently pursuing or holding a **Technical Diploma in Logistics** is a plus; * Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse organization; * Organized, proactive, and committed profile. **Job Responsibilities:** * Receive, store, and organize pharmaceuticals according to regulations and procedures; * Perform order picking and stock replenishment; * Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions; * Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts; * Record incoming and outgoing transactions in the system; * Maintain clean, organized, and clearly labeled inventory; * Support compliance with good logistics practices and safety standards.
