If you identify with these characteristics and meet our requirements, join this growing team! **General Description:** Supports and executes operational activities at the Distribution Center, ensuring accurate movement, organization, storage, and control of goods, contributing to logistics process efficiency and adherence to operational deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and execute routines related to **goods receipt, inspection, storage, picking, and dispatch**. * Perform **physical and system-based inventory inspections**, ensuring inventory accuracy. * Monitor product expiration dates. * Support control and organization of the **Distribution Center layout**, item location, and internal material flow. * Record outgoing movements in the **management system (ERP/WMS)**. * Support periodic and general inventory counts, analyzing and reporting discrepancies. * Prevent losses by safeguarding product integrity. * Ensure compliance with **operational procedures, safety standards, and organizational practices (5S)**. * Support logistics leadership and guide assistants as needed. * Interface with internal departments (stores, transportation, procurement) to align requirements. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics or related fields preferred). * Previous intermediate-level experience in internal logistics, Distribution Centers, or warehouses. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of **inventory control, logistics processes, and ERP/WMS systems**. * Basic or intermediate Excel proficiency. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority. * Teamwork ability and strong communication skills. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity * Responsibility and commitment * Process-oriented mindset * Operational agility * Discipline and results focus **Employment Type: CLT** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (on card) * Transportation allowance (on card) * Educational partnerships * Pharmacy partnership * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Gympass/Wellhub partnership * Birthday day off Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$1.890,00 per month Work Location: On-site
