Organization and maintenance of a clean and structured warehouse. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Logistics/Warehouse Assistant** to support operational and administrative activities within the department, contributing to material control, inventory organization, and logistical process support. The professional will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, efficiency in material inflow and outflow processes, and compliance with internal procedures. **Responsibilities** Support administrative and operational routines of the Logistics and Warehouse department; Assist in receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing materials and supplies; Control material inflows and outflows, maintaining updated system records; Support periodic inventory counts and stock verifications; Organize and maintain a clean, labeled, and structured warehouse; Track internal material requests, order picking, and delivery; Support control of invoices, purchase orders, and logistics documentation; Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, and controls using Microsoft Office; Support communication with suppliers and transportation companies; Perform external tasks and delivery support as needed. **Requirements** Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is a plus); **Valid Brazilian Driver’s License Category B (mandatory);** Experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory control routines; Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
