Opportunity for collaboration with internal departments and continuous improvement We are seeking an Inventory Assistant to work at our distribution center, ensuring inventory control, organization, and accuracy—from goods receipt through to dispatch of automotive products. This position is strategic in ensuring the right products are available at the right time and in the right condition, directly supporting commercial operations and our customers’ experience. Your responsibilities will include: * Receiving and inspecting goods, cross-checking invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes, verifying product codes, quantities, brands, and conditions. * Supporting unloading activities by checking seals, delivery deadlines, pallet strapping, packaging condition, and—where necessary—cargo weight and characteristics, reporting any irregularities to your supervisor. * Storing products on shelves, pallet racks, or designated areas following criteria such as product line, brand, zone, and type, ensuring correct location assignment and an organized layout. * Maintaining a clean, safe, and clearly labeled warehouse, managing physical organization, separation of recyclable or reusable materials, and supporting layout and material flow improvements. * Monitoring inventory levels, tracking fast- and slow-moving items, and overseeing stock by warehouse as directed by leadership. * Managing expiration dates, applying the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principle, monitoring damaged or defective items, and supporting periodic inventories and stock counts to ensure accuracy. * Recording receipts, issuances, and movements in the Sankhya system (or similar ERP), ensuring same-day entries with accurate and complete information. * Picking, preparing, and organizing products for dispatch—by order, route, zone, or brand—ensuring correct item identification and supporting vehicle loading. * Collaborating with internal departments, maintaining objective communication with leadership regarding departmental issues, risks, and needs. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed a technical course in Logistics or related field * 1–2 years of experience in inventory/logistics operations, preferably within distribution centers or similar environments, working as an inventory assistant, checker, or related role * Practical knowledge of the Sankhya system or similar ERP * Functional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for recordkeeping, controls, and reporting * Experience as a checker, in rotating inventory, or handling high-volume inbound/outbound operations is a plus **What We Offer** * CLT employment contract * Fully on-site work * Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Food basket * Group life insurance * Breakfast and fruits provided at the office * University tuition discounts * Gympass * Medical and dental plans after probation period **How to Apply** If you identify with our purpose and actively embody values such as respect, ethics, proactivity, and commitment to delivery—and if you have full-cycle inventory experience—we want to meet you.
