Will oversee the implementation of the KMM ERP system and manage all areas related to maintenance, fuel supply, tires, accidents, documentation, supply chain, and performance indicators—with emphasis on operational efficiency and cost reduction. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Structure and ensure execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans; * Manage diesel supply and consumption per vehicle, unit, and driver; * Supervise full tire management (tracking, inventory, retreading, and durability); * Monitor and optimize Cost Per Kilometer (CPK); * Implement and track strategic maintenance and availability indicators; * Manage traffic fines, accidents, and liabilities; * Control fleet documentation (e-CRLV, RNTRC, licensing, and compliance); * Integrate Supply Chain with maintenance (technical procurement, suppliers, and spare parts inventory); * Lead the implementation and management of the KMM ERP system (work orders, maintenance plans, procurement, and CPK); * Coordinate and develop the technical team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree (Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields); * Proven experience managing heavy-duty fleet maintenance; * Experience leading technical teams; * Knowledge of PCM; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience with ERP or maintenance management systems (CMMS, KMM, or similar); * Driver’s license category D; * Flexible working hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in a relevant field; * Experience implementing ERP systems; * Background in transportation or food logistics.
