Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Coordinator with experience in logistics and distribution to translate business needs into technological solutions, leading the implementation and evolution of the WMS. Focus on results and business vision We seek an **IT Coordinator** with **hands-on experience in logistics and distribution**, capable of **translating business needs into technological solutions**, acting as the liaison among **operations, IT, and suppliers**. You will be responsible for **leading the implementation and evolution of the WMS**, coordinating integrations with **WinThor ERP**, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and supporting continuous process improvement — always with a **business-oriented mindset and results focus**. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the **implementation, integration, and evolution of the WMS**. * Act as the **interface between operations, IT, and suppliers**. * Ensure **configurations, integrations, and validations** between WMS, ERP, BI, dashboards, and portals. * Guarantee the **accuracy of dashboards and management reports**. * Manage suppliers, **negotiate technology contracts and costs**. * Ensure **infrastructure stability** and provide operational support in partnership with the IT team. **Requirements** * Experience in **IT coordination or management**. * Practical experience with **WMS**. * Functional knowledge of **WinThor ERP** (preferred). * Experience in **system integrations and BI or Metabase**. * Leadership profile, organization, and results orientation. * Ability to operate in a **complex operational environment**. * Experience in **logistics, distribution, wholesale, or distribution centers**. * Experience in **logistics process improvement projects**. * Experience in environments with **integrated ERP and WMS**. * Experience in **negotiating with technology suppliers**. * **Work Model:** On-site * **Location:** Curitiba – CIC If you enjoy real challenges, leadership, and technology applied to operations, grow with us.
