Decision-making and shift scheduling DETAIL THE ACTIVITIES TO BE CARRIED OUT BY THE EMPLOYEE: Lead, train, guide, and motivate cashier operators and store operators. Supervise and monitor cashier opening and closing procedures. Control cash flow, change provision, cash withdrawals, and financial transactions. Monitor compliance with internal policies and processes, including work schedules, breaks, and security procedures. Conduct periodic reconciliations, monitor customer flow, and analyze team and department performance. Demonstrate agility in making decisions during routine operations and unexpected situations. Organize work hours and shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage across the entire cashier floor.
