You are applying for the position of **Distribution & Logistics Analyst.** **About the opportunity** We are seeking a professional to manage billing and shipments, serving as a key link between planning, operations, and logistics. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient load scheduling, accurate issuance of fiscal documents, and monitoring of domestic and export shipments—guaranteeing timeliness, quality, and process compliance. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Generate and update weekly and daily reports and spreadsheets for sales orders and load configuration, ensuring proper planning of domestic and export shipments. * Plan and execute load composition, optimizing truck and container capacity according to departmental procedures. * Execute customer order billing per the established schedule, including issuance and control of DANFEs (Auxiliary Fiscal Document for Electronic Invoicing). * Schedule and communicate shipments to carriers and involved departments, ensuring resource availability and loading follow-up. * Confirm loads, organize, and ensure correct dispatch of all shipment documentation together with materials. * Ensure execution of the daily Outbound Communication Center meeting, tracking planning, performance, KPIs, and actions. * Address customer complaints and implement, monitor, and update area improvement actions and KPIs. * Identify opportunities for improvement in administrative and operational processes, acting preventively and corrective with involved departments. * Ensure compliance with Management Systems standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and internal procedures, mitigating non-conformance risks. * Monitor requirements for auxiliary shipping materials, ensuring correct movements and inventory adjustments in SAP. * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** **Minimum Required Education:** * **Degree:** Bachelor’s degree completed. * **Field of Study:** Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Required Languages:** * **Language:** Spanish | **Proficiency Level:** Intermediate; * **Language:** English | **Proficiency Level:** Intermediate; **Required Technical Skills:** * Knowledge of Supply Chain. * Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/18001 standards. * Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Norms (NRs). * Proficiency in Power BI system operation. * Knowledge of IATA (International Air Transport Association). * Process Management. * Negotiation Techniques. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Inventory Management. * Data Analysis and Reporting. * Supply Chain knowledge. * Compliance and Regulatory Standards. * Logistics Software skills (TMS/WMS). * ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems knowledge. * Project Management. **Skills** Compliance Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:7.25 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
