Preparation of beverages and snacks: Prepare coffees (espresso, lattes), juices, teas, and finish preparing sandwiches, savory items and desserts. Cafeteria operations: Operate coffee machines, grind beans and use different extraction methods. Cleaning and organization: Sanitize equipment, utensils and tables, and keep the counter organized (mise en place). Cashier and inventory: Operate the cash register, process payments and assist with product inventory control.
