**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
**Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and delightful experience for customers.
**Sales Area Organization:** Ensure the sales area is always clean, organized, and aligned with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including:
* Table organization, with standardized folds by size;
* Rack organization by size, using correct hangers according to product family and category.
**Pricing:** Verify and ensure all products are correctly priced, with updated and visible prices on racks and shelves.
**Fitting Room Organization:** Return items left in fitting rooms, keeping the area consistently organized and functional.
**Pinning and Hanger Application:** Correctly perform pinning and hanger application of garments, ensuring appropriate product presentation.
**Merchandise Restocking:** Restock products daily according to sales flow and store needs, including box opening and dismantling for restocking in both stock and sales areas.
**Cleanliness Maintenance:** Maintain department cleanliness by removing dust from tables, equipment, and surfaces, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers and staff.
**Footwear Organization:** Perform lacing and organization of footwear, facilitating product exposure and visibility.
**Fitting Room Schedule:** Adhere to the fitting room attendance schedule, ensuring cabins are cleaned and organized after each use.
**Garment Ironing:** Iron wrinkled garments to ensure appropriate presentation for display and sale.
**Stock Organization:** Maintain organized stock according to store guidelines, including arrangement of merchandise and hardware in the internal area.
**Equipment Management:** Remove equipment from the sales area whenever necessary, especially during low merchandise volume periods.
**Merchandise Allocation:** After goods receipt by the store inspector, correctly allocate merchandise to the sales area or stock, ensuring proper storage.
