We seek a CRM Analyst to work **operationally and analytically** on executing Cultura Inglesa’s campaigns and relationship nurturing workflows, supporting the team in **organizing, implementing, and evolving** automations and outreach via **e\-mail, SMS, and WhatsApp**. We are currently restructuring our CRM, and this person will play a key role in **supporting the CRM Consultant and CRM Specialist**, ensuring **execution routine**, **delivery quality**, and **results tracking**. They will partner with internal teams to maintain **consistency, efficiency, and scalability** across workflows and outreach. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute CRM campaigns and journeys (outreach, scheduling, segmentation, and content updates). * Support the creation and maintenance of relationship nurturing workflows and automations (e.g., welcome, lead nurturing, conversion, re-enrollment, debt management, etc.). * Operationalize lists, basic audience segmentation, and rules (based on behavior, funnel stage, interests, and registration data). * Monitor and report results (delivery, open rate, click-through rate, conversion), generating insights and practical recommendations. * Support A/B testing routines (subject lines, creatives, timing, CTAs, segmentation), organizing hypotheses and analyses. * Ensure quality and standardization: link review, QA of outreach, UTM parameterization, and calendar organization. * Interface with Marketing and Sales teams to align requirements and ensure communications support the lead and re-enrollment funnel. * Support process documentation and workflow organization (inventory, naming conventions, versions, and best practices). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Segmentation and personalization * Experience with **CRM and automation**, plus strong analytical capability. * Experience with conversion funnels and channels **e\-mail/SMS/WhatsApp**. * Experience with automated journeys (workflows) * Experience creating copy * Prior experience with CRM routines (campaigns, outreach, segmentation, performance analysis). * Familiarity with automation/CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Oracle Responsys, etc.). **What we expect daily:** A **hands-on**, organized, and data-curious individual who ensures high-quality execution and helps the team continuously improve communications based on testing and performance. **Additional Information** * Dynamic and collaborative environment that values professional development * Opportunity for growth within an institution committed to educational excellence * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Study scholarships * TotalPass (health and wellness plan) * SESC partnership * Birthday day off * Meal allowance * Continuous training and professional development courses * Discounts at Cultura Inglesa College * Discounts at external colleges If you possess the energy, passion, and dedication we seek, we’d love to meet you!
