As a Telecommunications Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining data and voice links (MPLS, VPN, Internet, and SD-WAN), performing on-site connectivity troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for installing and testing telecommunications equipment, conducting link performance tests, providing first-level incident support to NOC, coordinating with vendors, and updating technical documentation—all while adhering to information security standards. Completed technical education in Telecommunications, Networking, Electronics, or related fields. Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks, edge devices such as routers and switches, as well as data and telephony links.
