Then join us to **COCREATE** as a **Product Manager**! **Your daily challenges will include:** * Managing relationships with large, mid-sized, and strategic accounts (e.g., banks, call centers/BPOs, telcos), serving as the business reference for the Speech Synthesis and Recognition (TTS/ASR) portfolio; * Identifying expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within the installed base and partner ecosystem (CX platforms, contact centers, system integrators, cloud); * Developing and executing the business plan for the area in partnership with Marketing and Sales: positioning, ICP, value proposition, targets, pricing, channels, and pipeline; * Defining and driving roadmap development (vision, strategy, prioritization, releases), aligning market needs, technical feasibility, cost, and P&L impact; * Supporting pre-sales through executive presentations, demonstrations, functional clarifications, and participation in RFIs/RFPs, helping translate customer requirements into objective and competitive proposals; * Monitoring financial and operational KPIs, ensuring P&L performance (revenue, margin, cost per usage, adoption, churn, expansion, and portfolio evolution); * Acting as the liaison among customers, internal teams, and leadership, translating market demands into product direction, go-to-market strategies, and prioritized deliveries; * Contributing to the competitive positioning of voice (TTS/ASR) solutions versus market alternatives, emphasizing differentiators such as quality, performance, security, cost, and adaptation to Brazilian Portuguese. **We are looking for someone with:** * Solid experience in Product Management (B2B/SaaS and/or technology platforms), leading the full product lifecycle: discovery, roadmap, execution, launch, and evolution; * Experience with applied AI products (experience with Voice/Speech, NLP, contact centers, voice biometrics, customer service automation, or analytics is desirable); * Consultative sales / technical sales / pre-sales experience (ability to craft value narratives, lead executive discussions, and respond to RFIs/RFPs); * Business plan and go-to-market strategy development: segmentation, ICP, value proposition, pricing, channels, targets, and metrics; * Management and analysis of financial and performance KPIs, with understanding of unit economics (e.g., cost per minute/per request, margins, adoption, retention); * Ability to translate customer needs into requirements and priorities, producing clear inputs for technical teams (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, PRDs); * Stakeholder management and executive communication, acting as a bridge between customers, engineering/AI, operations, marketing, and sales; * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Economics, or related fields; * Availability for hybrid work in Campinas; **It’s a plus if you have:** * Familiarity with voice product terminology and concepts: perceived quality, recognition accuracy (e.g., WER/CER), latency, noise/accent robustness, voice personalization, security, and LGPD compliance; * Experience with CX/contact center platforms (IVR/URA, omnichannel, bots/assistants, recording, QA, workforce); * Familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud environments, and platform operation/observability aspects (SLA/SLO); * Experience with corporate procurement and contracting processes (RFPs, vendor qualification, proof-of-concept, technical and commercial evaluation criteria). **CPQD offers:** * Daycare or babysitter allowance; * Sulamérica health insurance; * Uniodonto dental insurance; * Vidalink medication allowance; * Meal/food voucher; * Life insurance; * Pet health insurance; * Vacation bonus above market standards; * Private pension plan; * WellHub; * Commuter bus; * Free parking; * Payroll-deductible loans; * Birthday day off; * Holiday bridging; * Citizen company: extended maternity and paternity leave; * Postgraduate support program; * Partnerships and agreements: facilitating access to healthcare, leisure, culture, and education options; * Internal programs: focused on development and well-being.
