If you have a leadership profile, enjoy challenges, and wish to grow alongside an expanding company, this position is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise field technician and/or back-office teams performing installation, maintenance, and repair activities for telecommunications services (fiber optic, radio, data, and voice). * Ensure compliance with operational deadlines and targets (SLA, productivity, quality, safety, and cost). * Monitor operational KPIs and propose corrective and preventive action plans. * Manage work schedules, travel arrangements, and resource utilization (vehicles, materials, equipment). * Conduct training and promote team development. * Support quality and occupational safety management for field operations. * Prepare operational reports and participate in performance review meetings with management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Telecommunications, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Computer Networks, or related fields.
