Following up with customers post-purchase to ensure their expectations are being met. * Providing assistance in resolving technical issues or product/service-related matters. * Collecting customer feedback and sharing relevant information with the product development team. * Offering basic guidance and training on effective use of products/services. * Assisting in identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities to meet customers’ additional needs. * Ensuring customers receive up-to-date information regarding product updates or service changes. * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken. * Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service processes. * Collaborating with the Customer Success team to develop customer retention strategies. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Negotiation skills; * Clear and effective communication; Empathy; * Sales experience is a plus.
