Focus on customer satisfaction **Your Responsibilities:** ------------------------- * Manage and dispatch service orders for field visits; * Confirm appointments with customers, ensuring a positive experience; * Pre-analyze service orders to ensure quality and accuracy; * Optimize routes and support the productivity of technical teams; * Monitor service execution and track deadlines and KPIs; * Handle unproductive service orders and proactively reschedule appointments; * Maintain clear and strategic communication with customers, technicians, and supervisors. ### **What We Are Looking For:** * Completed high school education; * Undergraduate studies in progress or completed is a plus; * Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or supporting external teams; * Experience in telecommunications is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); * Organized, communicative profile with a sense of urgency and results orientation.
