With a focus on innovation and quality, it aims to efficiently meet its customers’ communication needs. **Responsibilities:** Perform internet installation and repairs for residential and commercial customers. Configure and test services contracted by the customer. Identify and resolve technical issues. Ensure service quality and excellent customer service. Complete service orders and maintain records of performed activities. Position requires on-site work in Salvador / BA. Previous experience as a Telecommunications Technician, Network Installer, Antenna Assembler, or Communication Systems Installer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
