Job Summary: This role involves planning, controlling, and monitoring CAPEX budgets, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and optimizing investment performance through integrated project management. Contribution to continuous improvement of CAPEX processes Trivia is the concessionaire of Grupo Comporte, responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, collectively known as the Alto Tietê Lot. Located in the East Zone of São Paulo city, these lines serve over 4.6 million people and constitute one of the city’s main daily transportation corridors. In addition to operation and maintenance, Trivia will assume responsibility for modernizing the region’s railway system. Among the concessionaire’s responsibilities are station expansion and revitalization, upgrading existing infrastructure, and eliminating level crossings—ensuring greater safety and passenger comfort. **Responsibilities and Duties**  Plan, control, and monitor CAPEX budgets, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.  Monitor investment execution, analyzing variances among budget, actuals, and forecast.  Create, structure, and maintain PEPs (WBS – Work Breakdown Structure) in SAP PS, ensuring correct cost allocation, timelines, and responsibility centers.  Track project physical\-financial progress via PEPs, ensuring data integrity and reliability.  Prepare management reports, dashboards, and CAPEX project performance analyses.  Monitor investment trends, costs, and schedules, proposing corrective actions and optimization opportunities.  Collaborate integrally with Engineering, Projects, Operations, Procurement, and Finance.  Support monthly closing processes, budget reviews, and planning cycles.  Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and investment governance.  Contribute to continuous improvement of CAPEX planning and control processes. Requirements and Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.  Solid experience in CAPEX planning and control.  Advanced knowledge of SAP PS, with emphasis on PEP/WBS, budgeting, costs, and reporting.  Experience in financial analysis, budgetary control, and forecasting.  Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools (Power BI – desirable). **Requirements and Qualifications**  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.  Solid experience in CAPEX planning and control.  Advanced knowledge of SAP PS, with emphasis on PEP/WBS, budgeting, costs, and reporting.  Experience in financial analysis, budgetary control, and forecasting.  Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools (Power BI – desirable). **Additional Information** Health insurance (Sulámerica) Meal allowance: BRL 1\.154,00 Transportation voucher Profit-sharing program (PLR) **Trivia is the concessionaire of Grupo Comporte, responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, collectively known as the Alto Tietê Lot.
