Job Summary: A professional to plan, control, and monitor the CAPEX budget; track investments; structure WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) elements in SAP PS; and prepare management reports. Trivia is the concessionaire of Grupo Comporte, responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan rail Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, collectively known as the Alto Tietê Lot. Located in the East Zone of São Paulo city, these lines serve over 4.6 million people and constitute one of the city’s primary daily transportation corridors. In addition to operation and maintenance, Trivia will undertake the modernization of the region’s railway system. Among the concessionaire’s responsibilities are station expansion and revitalization, upgrading of existing infrastructure, and elimination of level crossings—ensuring greater safety and comfort for passengers. **Responsibilities and Duties** • Plan, control, and monitor the CAPEX budget, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines. • Monitor investment execution, analyzing variances among budget, actuals, and forecast. • Create, structure, and maintain WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) elements in SAP PS, ensuring accurate cost allocation, timelines, and responsibility centers. • Track project physical and financial progress via WBS elements, ensuring data integrity and reliability. • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and CAPEX project performance analyses. • Monitor investment trends, costs, and schedules, proposing corrective actions and optimization opportunities. • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Projects, Operations, Procurement, and Finance. • Support monthly closing processes, budget reviews, and planning cycles. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and investment governance requirements. • Contribute to continuous improvement of CAPEX planning and control processes. Requirements and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. • Solid experience in CAPEX planning and control. • Advanced knowledge of SAP PS, with emphasis on WBS/PEP, budgeting, costing, and reporting. • Experience in financial analysis, budgetary control, and forecasting. • Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools (Power BI – desirable). **Requirements and Qualifications** • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. • Solid experience in CAPEX planning and control. • Advanced knowledge of SAP PS, with emphasis on WBS/PEP, budgeting, costing, and reporting. • Experience in financial analysis, budgetary control, and forecasting. • Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools (Power BI – desirable). **Additional Information** Health insurance (Sulámerica) Meal allowance: R$ 1.154,00 Transportation voucher Profit-sharing program (PLR) **Trivia is the concessionaire of Grupo Comporte, responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan rail Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, collectively known as the Alto Tietê Lot.
