In the meantime, keep your information updated and complete all online assessment steps so we can learn more about you. **Responsibilities and Duties** About the position: * Provide customer service; * Promote the brand and communicate features of requested medical tests, supporting customer retention; * Deliver high-quality service across various customer contact channels; * Follow customer service standards established by the Quality Department, as well as those defined during training and by leadership; * Strive to achieve conversion and scheduling targets during the first contact, as well as other pre\-defined SLA indicators, at the highest service levels; * Proactively engage with external customers and internal partners, exchanging information and seeking continuous service improvement; * Maintain strong accountability regarding procedures communicated to patients/customers for test execution; * Verify all information provided to the patient/customer before concluding the test scheduling (ensuring accuracy); * Comply with the company’s Information Security Handbook. **Requirements and Qualifications** If customer delight and service excellence resonate with you, the Customer Service area at Rede Américas is where you belong.
