Work in a safe, collaborative, and innovation-focused environment. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Someone to join our **Paper Project Engineering team at the Uberaba Unit**, responsible for leading technical fronts from conception through implementation. This includes developing studies, calculations, scopes, technical analyses, and ensuring compliance with regulations, legal requirements, and engineering standards—directly contributing to safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Develop and lead engineering projects from conception through implementation. * Design improvement projects to optimize consumption, operational efficiency, and safety. * Create solutions compliant with Brazilian Regulatory Norms (NRs), ensuring legal compliance and operational safety. * Produce technical drawings, layouts, and engineering documentation (AutoCAD/3D). * Support teams and suppliers during project execution, ensuring scope, safety, and deadlines are met. * Develop and monitor project execution schedules. * Manage CAPEX schedules and reports, maintaining up-to-date documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience in industrial projects, technical design, and engineering documentation. * Expertise in technical standards (NRs and NBRs). * Knowledge of SAP. * Experience in continuous improvement, operational efficiency, or Lean methodologies.
