You will be responsible for reducing cognitive load on engineering teams, bridging business strategic objectives with technical excellence. Your focus will be to create standards that accelerate development, integrate generative AI for productivity, ensure a Security\-by\-Design posture, and lead the multicloud strategy—transforming complexity into competitive efficiency. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * **Architecture as an Enabler (Platform Engineering):** Develop *Archetypes*, *Blueprints*, and reusable components enabling engineering teams to deliver high-quality software with minimal friction. * **AI and Automation Strategy:** Identify and implement **AI and Machine Learning** solutions to optimize internal processes, reduce manual effort, and build smarter, more personalized products. * **Security and Resilience:** Lead technical governance under the **Security\-by\-Design** principle, ensuring security, privacy, and compliance are intrinsic parts of the software lifecycle. * **Data-Oriented Ecosystem:** Design data architectures supporting real-time decision-making, ensuring data integrity, governance, and democratized access across company domains. * **Multicloud Leadership and FinOps:** Define and evolve the multicloud strategy (Natura), balancing high availability with rigorous cloud cost management (**FinOps**). * **Strategic Partnership:** Act as a senior technical advisor to product and engineering teams, replacing traditional oversight with **Architectural Advisory** and leadership by influence. * **Rationalization and Sustainability:** Eliminate redundancies and technical debt, managing the microservices catalog to maximize reuse and ensure long-term solution sustainability. * **Quality and Testability:** Collaborate with QA specialists to define automated testing and observability strategies ensuring production environment stability. **What are the Requirements?** * **Solid experience in distributed systems and microservices architecture.** * **Proficiency in multicloud environments** (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * **Hands-on experience with data architecture** (Data Lakes, Mesh, or Streaming). * **Knowledge of modern security practices** (OAuth2, mTLS, encryption, secure SDLC). * **Understanding of how to apply IA/LLMs in software architecture contexts.** * **Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps/SRE culture.** * **Leadership by Influence:** Ability to persuade and align teams without direct hierarchical authority. * **Clear Communication:** Translate complex technical problems for business executives—and vice\-versa. * **Outcome-Focused, Not Output-Focused:** Obsession with delivering real value to the business and end customer—not just diagrams. * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields. **What are the Differentiators?** * **Languages:** Advanced English (fluency for technical reading, writing design documents, and meetings with global teams). * **Certifications (Competitive Advantages):** **\* Cloud (AWS Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or OCI).** * **Data \& ERP (Databricks Certified or SAP integration/architecture certifications).** \#LI\-HA1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
