The high quality standards of our industry enable our candies and lollipops to effectively participate in the Brazilian market and in the world’s leading markets. **Responsibilities:** Handle onboarding, offboarding, termination settlements, benefits administration, social charges, payroll entry and closing, time tracking, overtime, vacations, and other department-related tasks. **Prerequisites:** * Be passionate about what you do! * Bachelor’s degree completed in related fields; * Experience in Personnel Department; * Mastery of all Personnel Department processes; * Knowledge of labor legislation; * Proficiency in time clock systems, hour banks, SEFIP, GRRF, SICALC WEB, Conectividade Social, DCTF WEB, E-Social, and Digital FGTS. Workload: > 44 hours per week; > Monday through Friday.
