About the Opportunity We are looking for a **Paid Traffic & Tracking Manager** to work as an **independent service provider**, with **technical and operational autonomy**, responsible for supporting acquisition strategy, paid media performance, and tracking & data measurement infrastructure. Work will be goal- and deliverable-oriented, without working-hour monitoring, ensuring freedom in how activities are executed, per the PJ contracting model. ? Scope of Work – Paid Traffic Performance * Define and execute paid media strategies aligned with business objectives. * Plan and structure campaigns (audiences, creatives, messaging, budget, and channels). * Configure and manage campaigns on advertising platforms (Meta Ads and Google Ads). * Conduct continuous testing and optimization focused on performance and efficiency. * Monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and traffic quality. * Analyze funnel data and support strategic decisions based on metrics. * Prepare management reports including analyses, insights, and improvement proposals. ? Scope of Work – Data Tracking * Implement and maintain the tracking and measurement ecosystem. * Configure and manage Google Tag Manager (web), events, and conversions. * Configure and maintain: + Meta Pixel + Google Ads Conversion Tracking + Conversions API (Meta CAPI) + Enhanced Conversions (Google) * Implement server-side tracking (e.g., Stape), where applicable. * Ensure integration and traceability across platforms (WordPress, Typeform, CRM, and other tools). * Diagnose and resolve measurement and attribution inconsistencies. * Support best practices in data governance, UTMs, events, and LGPD compliance. ✅ Mandatory Requirements * Experience with paid traffic and tracking. * Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. * Proficiency in Google Tag Manager, pixels, and events. * Experience with Meta CAPI and Google Enhanced Conversions. * Strong analytical ability and effective communication skills for results presentation. * Experience in digital environments and CRM integrations. * Preferred Qualifications * Experience with server-side tracking (Stape). * Process automation (e.g., n8n). * GA4, Looker Studio, or Power BI. * JavaScript knowledge applied to GTM. * Experience with BigQuery or more complex data environments. ? Initial Expectations (60–90 days) * Audit of campaigns and tracking infrastructure. * Standardization of events, UTMs, and conversions. * Implementation of analysis routines and reporting. * Structuring of a prioritized backlog of improvements based on impact. ?
