We are looking for a generalist professional who is organized, proactive, responsible, and communicates effectively, with interest in integrated involvement in HR and Administrative routines—contributing to process efficiency and a positive employee experience. **Responsibilities** Perform generalist duties in the HR and Administration Department, ensuring accurate implementation of People Management policies and administrative routines, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, time tracking/hour bank management, and supporting corporate administrative demands—all aligned with organizational values. **Activities** * Monitor and manage employee hour banks and time records, validating them with team leaders; * Support onboarding, offboarding, vacation, leave of absence, and payroll processes; * Organize, maintain, update, and archive employee documents (physical and digital); * Manage benefits programs, including enrollments, terminations, verification, and tracking of active benefits; * Coordinate admission, periodic, dismissal, and return-to-work medical examinations in collaboration with the contracted clinic; * Control and monitor PPE distribution, maintaining updated records and forms; * Support internal communication initiatives; * Provide employee assistance and support HR & People Management routines; * Support administrative routines, including internal controls, document management, and assistance to administrative departments; * Perform other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; undergraduate studies in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields—either in progress or completed—is a plus; * Prior experience in HR and/or Administrative routines; * Experience in time tracking, benefits administration, onboarding, and payroll support is considered advantageous; * Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and effective communication; * Position level (Assistant or Analyst) will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and technical knowledge. **Benefits** * Flexible benefits card (usable at supermarkets and restaurants); * Life insurance; * Co-payment health plan; * TotalPass; * Wellness combo; * Transportation allowance or parking.
