




Job Responsibilities: * Carry out hiring and termination processes, * Control and filing of documentation, * Calculate vacation pay and payroll, including social charges (FGTS, INSS, and Income Tax), * Perform termination calculations and GRRF, E-Social; * Control electronic timekeeping, vacations, leaves of absence, allowances, terminations, and prepare routine reports; maintain employee records; * Provide guidance and clarification to all company staff; * Assist in resolving employees’ issues; * Work with Social Connectivity, Empregador Web, RAIS, and DIRF reporting; * Send materials and documentation to employees. Knowledge and Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, People Management, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role is an advantage; * Knowledge of HR department functions; * Experience and familiarity with the Domínio System is an advantage.
