We are seeking an ABA Therapist to join our team. The ABA Therapist is responsible for supporting patients’ neuropsychological development through the implementation and monitoring of therapeutic activities, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and contributing to the creation of a safe and effective therapeutic environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Conduct training sessions according to the protocol defined by the ALMAI supervisor. 2. Accurately collect and record data during sessions. 3. Report progress, difficulties, and critical incidents to the supervisor. 4. Apply patient safety and engagement strategies, ensuring ethical and compassionate interventions. 5. Participate in supervision and case discussions. 6. Maintain respectful communication with patients, parents, and the team. 7. Attend trainings, capacity-building sessions, and performance evaluations related to the position. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
