Job Summary: Active prospecting, lead qualification, consultative sales presentations and negotiations, coordination of production and logistics, and customer portfolio management to achieve targets. Key Highlights: 1. Prospecting and qualifying leads with a focus on closing sales. 2. Consultative presentation of the portfolio and volume-based contract negotiation. 3. Management of the regional customer portfolio and coordination with internal teams. * Customer service and active lead prospecting via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits. * Lead qualification, scheduling of presentations, and guiding prospects through the sales funnel to closure. * Consultative presentation of the portfolio (physical and digital samples) and negotiation of batch/orders per class/unit. * Order closing, formalization of deposits, and follow-up until delivery. * Coordination with production and logistics regarding photo submission/receipt, sorting by class/unit, and delivery schedule. * Planning of visit routes and management of the regional customer portfolio. * Achieving aggressive volume targets during the campaign. * Desired (but not mandatory) qualifications: * Proven experience in B2B internal and external sales. * An active contact list or professional network in the education, industrial, or construction sectors is a plus. * Negotiation skills for volume-based contract closing. * Availability for regional travel and possession of a personal vehicle. * Organization, autonomy, and goal orientation. * Immediate availability.
