




Job Summary: Responsible for prospecting, managing, and retaining retail customer portfolios through daily visits, focusing on profitability and customer recovery. Key Highlights: 1. Participating in training sessions and continuous updates on products/services * Prospecting new customers (PAP), including daily client visits. * Managing retail-profile customer portfolios. * Delighting, monetizing, and retaining customers: performing **post**\-sales activities and periodic visits, while remaining attentive to opportunities. * Recovering and safeguarding customers to enhance portfolio profitability, maintaining 100% of customers and recovering lost ones. * Participating in training sessions and staying updated on products, processes, and services. * Willingness to travel within the operational region. * Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Base salary of R$ 2\.407,00 \+ RVM up to R$ 9\.200,00, with potential earnings up to R$ 11,000 \+ benefits package and CAREER DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
