Promotion of initiatives for student development and retention Position: Pedagogical/Commercial Tutor Work Location: Irajá Study Center – Rio de Janeiro Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Responsibilities: Provide human-centered support to students requesting course suspension, cancellation, or transfer, aiming to reverse such decisions: Through phone and WhatsApp interactions; Negotiate, argue, and apply institutional policies focused on student retention; Analyze student requests and offer existing institutional services; Analyze student performance to promote and implement actions and projects aimed at student development and retention. Requirements: Completed high school education; Proficiency in using computer systems; Experience in customer service; Negotiation-oriented profile; Residence very close to Irajá (one commute each way).
