Job Summary: We are seeking sales representatives with experience in electric mobility and clean energy products, or direct sales in other fields, to conduct prospecting and client visits. Hybrid work model with 80% client visits and prospecting This position is intended for sales representatives who have already worked in—or intend to work in—the sales of the following products/services: * Electric mobility products (from personal chargers to electric vehicle charging stations); * Free energy market power supply contracts; * Migration contracts to the free energy market; * Contracts for photovoltaic system installation; * Solar panel system subscription services; * Photovoltaic equipment insurance; * Advisory and/or consulting services for clean and renewable energy solutions. Candidates without prior experience in the above areas but with direct sales experience in the fields listed below are also welcome to apply, as continuous training and capacity building will be provided throughout the entire career plan. These are the direct sales experience areas that characterize candidates who can readily adapt to the energy market: * Real estate, automotive, and equipment consorts; * Financial products; * General insurance; * Health insurance plans; * Investment consulting; * Vehicles; * Trademarks and patents; * etc. The initial salary advertised for this position is the guaranteed minimum (base salary); the variable component determining the salary range can easily be exceeded and increases according to career development and performance. Activities will be conducted 20% internally on a rotating basis, and 80% will involve client visits and direct prospecting (PAP). It is essential that each candidate possess their own smartphone and laptop, both for in-person and virtual meetings with clients and prospects, and for occasional remote work situations.
