Prepare and conduct commercial visits, analyzing customer history, credit status, and business opportunities. Engage in customer prospecting and retention, introduce new products, terms, and solutions, track orders from sale to delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction. Execute after-sales activities, collect feedback, and identify new business opportunities. Participate in commercial campaigns, strategic initiatives, and training sessions to stay updated on products, technologies, and market trends. Support commercial department requirements and collaborate on corporate planning and goal achievement.
