Growth within a team that transforms lives through education. **Position: Commercial Representative – On-site \| Brasília/DF** **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 1\.615,66 \+ commission per enrollment **About the Position:** We seek a communicative and organized professional with strong negotiation skills to handle student enrollment. The focus will be on contacting leads expressing interest in our courses, presenting available options, and guiding them through to successful enrollment. **Responsibilities:** * Contact leads via phone, WhatsApp, chat, and e\-mail; * Explain course details (methodology, fees, duration, etc.); * Call leads who provided contact information through our service channels; * Register and track leads in the CRM system according to service workflow (Follow\-up); * Guide applicants on document submission and monitor the process; * Generate follow-up reports **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficient typing and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, internet); * Knowledge of sales techniques and standardized customer service protocols; * Prior customer service experience is a plus **Desired Profile:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Confidence when speaking and patience in customer interactions; * Ability to adapt language style according to client profile; * Organized, responsible, and committed; * Interest in learning about our products and growing with the team. **Work Environment:** * Indoor, climate-controlled environment with continuous use of computers and headsets; * Ongoing supervision and routine involving repetitive tasks; * Working hours as stipulated by the applicable collective labor agreement. **If you enjoy sales, interact well with people, and want to grow within a team that transforms lives through education, apply now!** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: R$1\.600,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
