Nearly 1,000 employees work with focus on serving customers with the speed, courtesy, and friendliness unique to Pacaembu. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform preliminary customer service by verifying requests and needs, searching the system, informing the selling price, feasibility of fulfilling quantity requirements or other information, and, when necessary, referring customers to other sales representatives, aiming to assist the department in routine cases; **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education; Experience in customer service or sales (in-person or by phone); Knowledge of the auto parts industry is desirable.
