Now you can join this team too! **Position: Part-time Salesperson** – Ribeirão Preto – SP MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend products matching their preferences and requirements; Assist customers in trying on footwear, ensuring correct fit and style; Answer product-related questions; Present features and benefits of footwear; Effectively negotiate and complete in-store and online sales; Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including proper display of products on shelves; Complete daily sales reports indicating performance and results achieved; Focus on store-established sales targets. REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education Sales experience Strong communication skills Passion for sales Basic knowledge of social media Fashion and trend awareness (preferred) Flexible availability Salary: R$ 1.352,00 + commission Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Note:** Works 3 days per week: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Benefits: Transportation allowance, dental plan, Birthday Day Off, Wellz (psychological support platform for employees), and 20% discount on two pairs of shoes every six months.
