Contributing to goal achievement and continuous improvement The Senior Sales Consultant is responsible for providing consultative service to members, identifying their needs, presenting our services, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales. Additionally, they must maintain strong relationships with members, conduct post\-sales follow-up, and consistently strive to achieve the company's established goals. * Conduct in-person and/or virtual consultations with leads, presenting products and services according to their needs. * Identify sales opportunities through targeted outreach and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge. * Negotiate commercial terms—including payment schedules and discounts—to efficiently close sales. * Maintain strong relationships to foster member loyalty and satisfaction with acquired services. * Participate in training sessions and alignment meetings with the sales team to continuously improve skills and knowledge. * Contribute to achieving the company's established sales targets by maintaining consistent, results-oriented performance.
