Perform checking account opening procedures. * Support customers in using self-service channels, guiding them on how to use these channels and offering available products and services according to their profiles. * Periodically contact, by phone, customers identified in Commercial Actions who match the profile for acquiring bank products and services, entering contact information and outcomes into the CRM system. * Offer products and services to customers in accordance with Suitability requirements; support execution of commercial tasks that enable completion of routine activities at Mercantil Bank service points. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s degree completed or currently enrolled (from the 1st semester onward) in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Communications, Commercial Management, Marketing, Finance, or Technology-related business fields; * Experience in customer service; * Sales-oriented profile with experience in the commercial area; * Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and internet. * Desired but **not mandatory**: CPA-10, CPA-20 All our job openings are also open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).
