This person will be responsible for structuring, scaling, and optimizing B2B Inside Sales and Commercial Intelligence initiatives, ensuring that strategy, data, technology, and execution work in concert to generate qualified pipeline and tangible revenue impact. The Inside Sales & Commercial Intelligence Leader **owns commercial performance.** Here, it’s not about “overseeing SDRs.” It’s about leading strategy, technology, data, and people with a systemic vision. **What You’ll Do Here?** **Project Management:** * Manage multiple B2B Inside Sales/Outbound projects, focusing on generating qualified opportunities; * Plan and monitor deliverables, resources, goals, and timelines; * Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and track them through final delivery; * Monitor KPIs and ensure performance across every stage of the projects. **Commercial Intelligence:** * Manage the Commercial Intelligence function, including account prioritization, data quality, and operational efficiency; * Monitor and validate account and contact mapping and enrichment, ensuring alignment with ICP and data accuracy; * Ensure commercial data health and governance, establishing audit routines and database reliability; * Monitor prospecting funnel progression (top to bottom), validating volume, conversion, and cadence; * Oversee final delivery of qualified datasets and lists to the SDR team and/or client; * Identify segmentation opportunities, target account expansion, and market prioritization. **Technology & Commercial Operations:** * Configure and optimize automation tools, CRM, and sales engagement platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, Lemlist, among others); * Integrate data across CRMs, spreadsheets, and enrichment tools; * Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports; * Use commercial intelligence and big data tools to enrich leads and map opportunities; * Evaluate new technological solutions and implement continuous improvements to the commercial tech stack. **Team Leadership:** * Lead the demand generation team (Commercial Intelligence and Outbound \- SDRs), monitoring performance and deliverables; * Conduct regular follow-ups (1:1s, feedback sessions, weekly performance meetings, and Commercial Intelligence rituals); * Support recruitment, onboarding, and technical development; * Ensure pipeline predictability and team productivity. **Client Advisory & Consulting:** * Act as a trusted consultant in executing modern B2B Inside Sales practices; * Diagnose bottlenecks and propose structural improvements to processes, data, and technology; * Facilitate review, training, and strategic planning sessions with clients; * Translate data and metrics into tactical recommendations and optimization plans. **Requirements** * Solid experience in Inside Sales, B2B Outbound, and Commercial Intelligence; * Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools; * Proficiency in funnel metrics and commercial planning; * Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets; * Strong analytical capability and structured thinking; * Excellent written communication skills; * Intermediate or advanced English. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in complex, consultative commercial operations; * Implementation or restructuring of commercial tech stacks; * Prior management of SDR/BDR teams; * Proven track record of pipeline generation and revenue growth; * Experience in data-driven, high-performance environments.
