No prior experience required! **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Minimum age of 18 The Best Açaí is a chain with over 900 stores across Brazil and Paraguay, specializing in self-service ice cream and açaí. **Responsibilities:** * Cashier duties * Cleaning tables, floors, and kitchen areas * Fruit cutting * Buffet restocking (toppings and ice cream) * General store organization and cleaning In other words, all tasks necessary to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service. **Work Schedule and Shift Pattern:** * 12x36 shift pattern * Working hours: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM * Break: 15-minute coffee break + 1-hour lunch break **Benefits and Salary:** * Night shift allowance (paid for hours worked after 10:00 PM) * Base salary (R$2.250,00) * Cost-of-living allowance (R$180,00) * IFOOD Benefits Card (R$300,00) * Gympass and Starbem. * Complimentary consumption at the store. * Performance-based bonuses (individual, team, and revenue targets) Join our team and grow with us!
