Job Summary: A sales professional responsible for managing leads, conducting conversations, recording information in the CRM, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with marketing and legal teams. Collaboration with legal and marketing teams Handle leads already warmed up by AI and other company digital channels. Contact cold leads from the list via phone and WhatsApp. Understand the lead’s situation and assess their fit. Record information in the CRM, update funnel stages, and keep the pipeline organized. Conduct follow-ups, resume conversations, and recover opportunities. Monitor conversion metrics, attendance rate, number of daily and weekly interactions. Collaborate with the legal team and the marketing manager to support the development of auxiliary materials. High school diploma required. Proficiency in digital tools such as AI, WhatsApp Web, Microsoft Office suite, and CRM is mandatory. Prior experience in sales, commercial customer service, or inside sales in any industry is required. Willingness to learn about legal content. Preferred qualifications include experience selling services, plans, insurance, consulting, or healthcare; experience with RD Station, PipeRun or similar platforms; experience meeting scheduling, closing, or conversion targets; and experience serving clients with sensitive issues.
